Two years of militant attack on Holi artisan baker in Gulshan, capital Dhaka, ends Sunday. Holi Artisan will be open to all people for the four hours to commemorate those killed in militant attacks.

The next day, the joint forces started commando raid to rescue the hostages in the restaurant on Saturday morning. A total of 13 people, including foreigners, were rescued and 20 bodies were recovered.


Besides, the DB assistant commissioner (AC) Rabiul Islam and Officer-in-Charge of Banani Police Station (OC) Salahuddin were killed in the firing with the militants.
