The hearing will be held on Tuesday (May 29th) by the High Court Division comprising Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Shahidul Karim.
Earlier, on Monday, the court fixed the cases for hearing. On behalf of Khaleda Zia, senior counsel Khandaker Mahbub Hossain was present in the court, along with Advocate Masud Rana.
Later, Masud Rana told reporters, "We have raised the case today in two courts. The court said the hearing will be held on Tuesday noon tomorrow. For this, the High Court has directed the defense of the state prosecutors.
On May 22, lawyers of Khaleda Zia appealed for bail in the two cases with the court's permission.
