High Court 15-point policy of the lower court

Nobody can blame the common people because of the weakness and slowdown of the courts, because of the investigation or prosecution of a case. Before retiring, many government officials in the country tend to show off their duty and start working in a loose style. The wise district and sessions judge can not contain such mentality. '

In one verdict, the High Court gave the guidelines of the 15-point guidelines to the lower court. The High Court Division Bench comprising Justice Rezaul Haque and Justice Mohammad Khurshid Alam Sarkar gave this rule containing a 15-point directive, challenging the decision of the sessions court of Gaibandha.

On Monday (June 4th) Supreme Court Special Officer Mohammad Saifur Rahman confirmed the 15-point policy.

The verdict is said, "Judicial officers will have to be more serious in carrying out their duties. Through the management of honest, meritorious, alert and skilled officers, the judiciary should try to get recognition as the most dynamic and patriotic organ of the state.

The verdict also further states, "Duties can not be terminated by not only agreeing or disagreeing to review the verdicts of the judiciary in exercising the powers of criminal revision of judges' court judges; Investigate deeper legal questions related to the subject matter of the relevant case and then they are structurally bound to reflect their own intellectual and competence accordingly, they must be judicial minded and the revisional issues filed against any order should be resolved quickly.

With the help of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) and Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), the judicial conference will be held at least once a month in the office of the district and metropolitan sessions judge with all the judges and magistrates.

It is further said, "The statement from the witnesses who are mentioned in the non-appearance of the judges is the primary responsibility of the judicial investigative magistrate (Magistrate), but the statements of those witnesses, which seem to be relevant to the investigating magistrate, will also be taken."

'If necessary judicial investigative magistrate is required to visit the site if it is necessary on the basis of complaint made in the petition. In a judicial inquiry, if a magistrate seems to be important to a magistrate, then any opinion or findings in the investigation report should be added, then the officer will have to record the behavior and mental status of the judicial witnesses. A judicial investigating officer must end his search in less time as possible.
