United Nations Secretary-General of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office Mark Field and United Nations Human Rights Special Envoy Young Hey Lee will be coming to Dhaka before the visit of UN Secretary-General and World Bank President.
They will start the tour of Bangladesh near Friday. The visit of the British minister to the United Nations Human Rights Conference on Myanmar for three days will be ten days. Both of them will discuss with different Bangladeshi leaders and government officials including the Rohingya crisis. The representatives of the international community engaged in providing humanitarian assistance to Rohingya and their views will be with the diplomats. The British Minister will hold talks with the Minister of Commerce and Foreign Minister of the Bangladesh Government.
They will also talk about trade and investment. Note that on June 30, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres and World Bank President Jim Young Kim are coming to Dhaka. Politics, economics and other issues are discussed in their tour.
