The South American country Bolivia has declared Israel as a 'terrorist state' for the massacre of Palestinians in returning to Gaza's occupied land. Israeli citizens have to get a visa before going to Bolivia from now on.

Israeli citizens did not have a visa to travel to Bolivia as per the agreement signed during the country's dictatorship in 1972. From now on, Israel will be considered as a 'group-3' country. In that case, the Bolivian national immigration administration will review the visa application of the Israeli citizens.

Morales said, "In other words Israel is declared a terrorist state. Israel did not show any respect to the objectives or principles of the United Nations Charter. They also have no respect for the international declaration of human rights. '

In 2009, Bolivia cleared diplomatic relations with an illegal Jewish state. Apart from this, what Israel is doing to Palestinians has been termed as genocide. South America is a popular tourist destination for young Israelis.
